Soft Goods will accept returns of Natural (PFD) items, or any damaged items, within 14 days of the original shipment date. All sales of garment dyed items are final. In order for returns to be accepted, items must be returned in the same new condition as when shipped. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Soft Goods reserves the right to deny returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that items have been worn or used by the customer.
